Brenda Manzanilla

I began my career in the hospitality industry in 2001, and since 2015, I’ve dedicated myself to the nautical sector. Joining Mexico’s second largest marina, I started as a personal assistant to the company president. Within two years, I was promoted to General Manager, overseeing all aspects of marina operations, including public relations and sales.

As General Manager, I was overseeing three Marinas and a shipyard, I successfully spearheaded strategic initiatives that led to a significant increase in occupancy and solidified the marina’s position as a premier destination. Notably, I was the first woman in Mexico to hold this role and secured SECTUR certification as the country’s Best Tourist Marina.

My expertise spans strategic planning, public relations, sales, and international business development. I am excited to leverage my experience at HYC Management, where I continue to contribute to the growth and success of the nautical industry.
